James Kelman in Conversation

James Kelman talks to Roxy Harris to launch his new book:

James Kelman has been called 'the greatest British novelist of our time' (Sunday Herald). Born in Glasgow, he has published numerous novels including the Booker prize-winning How Late it Was, How Late. He has also had a long association with New Beacon Books since the days of the International Book Fair of Radical Black and Third World Books. At the only London event to launch his new novel, Kieron Smith, boy, James Kelman will talk to GPI Trustee Roxy Harris, who is a senior lecturer at Kings College, London.
